Straight from prison 10: Rabbi Daniel Pinto, 28, who was arrested on Monday at his home in Be'er Sheva in front of his wife and children by military police forces for the "crime of studying Torah" - was released today (Wednesday) from military prison.

After his release, he moved to the residence of Maran Grad Lando on the Slobodka Yeshiva Hill in Bnei Brak.

The head of the yeshiva greeted him warmly and shook his hands.

Earlier, upon his arrival in Bnei Brak, he entered to receive the blessing of the Grand Rabbi Ben Shimon - who told him: "You have been granted the privilege of offering a sacrifice to God Almighty.".

The prisoner was tried and sent to three days in military prison.

The organization 'Giving to the Mother' accompanies the family members.

Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri sharply attacked the arrest of the Abraach at a Knesset faction meeting on Monday: "How cruel and wicked to arrest a 28-year-old Abraach, with a pregnant wife and a child with special needs, and throw him in prison for the crime of studying Torah.

""The world should be shocked by the persecution of Torah students. We must not get used to this! How many punishments and punishments this causes the people of Israel, especially in the difficult times we are in.".
