In preparation for Purim: Biga Coffee chain is launching an especially sweet and delicious innovation - gluten-free manna ears, kosher according to Mehadrin - Beit Yosef, which will allow gluten-averse people, celiacs, and health-conscious people to enjoy one of the most beloved holiday pastries, without compromising on taste.

For the first time, the Biga chain will offer a festive package that includes a rich mix of four classic and beloved flavors: Haman's ears filled with dates, filled with poppy seeds, filled with halva and filled with chocolate - all gluten-free, with strict adherence to quality raw materials and the baking standard associated with Biga.

The move is part of the Biga chain's expansion of its gluten-free product offering, with the aim of making a full, high-quality confectionery experience accessible to as wide an audience as possible, even during the holidays.

Biga's Hamann's Ears are not noticeable for being a gluten-free pastry; they are crispy, soft in the mouth, and excel in a rich dough that holds the filling well.

Price for a package containing 8 gluten-free manna ears: 55 shekels. Kosher: Mehadrin - Beit Yosef

Gluten-free Haman's Ears will be sold at Biga chain branches across the country, in a limited edition for Purim.
