The culinary brand 'Master Chef'', expands the Asian series and launches two new products in the noodle series, kosher: Badatz Beit Yosef: Udon noodles – 3 types of fresh noodles that come in vacuum packaging and do not require cooking.

Also launching the brand Rice chips – A new and unique type of rice noodle, which folds into a unique roll shape when cooked:

Udon noodles They are traditional Japanese noodles, thick and soft, that come in 3 types – Pad Thai, stir-fry noodles and classic udon noodles. The noodles come ready-made in 200g vacuum packaging and all you need to do is blanch them for a minute in boiling water and add them to stir-fry, soup or any Asian dish full of rich flavors.

A classic dish to prepare is ramen soup with udon noodles, a rich broth full of umami flavors with thick udon noodles that perfectly absorb the flavors and provide a pampering, warm, and comforting bite.

Rice chips Master Chef's are square-shaped rice noodles, offering a creative twist on the world of Asian noodles. Their unique shape allows for varied preparation and interesting combinations in a wide variety of dishes – from Asian stir-fries, to additions to Asian soups and salads, to dishes rich in sauces, with vegetables, chicken, meat or vegan dishes.

Rice chips are especially suitable for making the beloved Thai dish Pad Si-yu – an Asian stir-fry based on wide rice noodles, vegetables and sometimes chicken, beef or tofu, and stir-fried in a sweet, dark soy sauce with garlic.

Thanks to their unique structure, the noodles absorb the sauce well and emphasize the deep flavors associated with the dish.

These launches connect to the home Asian cooking trend that Master Chef is leading with a variety of authentic products from the East, which allow for diversity, creativity, and inspiration in cooking - without compromising on taste and quality.
