The attorney general added that "these things take on added force, in light of the statements of some government ministers who publicly call for disobeying certain judicial orders of the honorable court, without these things being publicly condemned or renounced by the Prime Minister. Such statements undermine the principle of the rule of law and delegitimize the entire legal system, and they also have implications for our case." -

The Attorney General's position was given on behalf of the state, in response to the judge's ruling. Noam Solberg Last Monday, the government was told it must respond by today to a contempt of court motion filed by a left-wing movement. According to the motion, the government is ignoring the November 19 ruling that requires it to formulate an effective policy within 45 days, by January 4, to enforce the equal conscription obligation on yeshiva students.

The government submitted an independent response to the High Court, through the government secretary, attorney Yossi Fox, This, even though he is not authorized to do so, and without informing the legal counsel.

Fox wrote to the High Court of Justice that the legal counsel is joining for the first time ever to claim that the government has been in contempt of court, without any basis. His response stated that the government is seeking to reject the contempt of court motion and to receive a month and a half extension to implement the ruling regarding taking effective steps regarding the Conscription Law.

Minister Shlomo Kerei He responded: "Every time I hesitate whether to address the vain chatter of citizen Miara. This time too, I choose to ignore it.".

""The illegal order of the High Court dictatorship must be ignored, the government must immediately appoint an attorney general or a deputy attorney general, and spare us and the entire people the trolling.".

MK Meir Porush He responded: "It is amazing to see the hypocrisy of Attorney Miara, who herself despises the court, being called out when the government refuses to submit to its dictates in persecuting Torah scholars.".

""Attorney Miara long ago stopped engaging in real law enforcement and the necessary fight against serious crime - she is only interested in one thing, harming yeshiva students and kollel elders and starving their children.".
