I arrived with an MDA intensive care unit and immediate response motorcycles. We saw the tree near the car that was upside down on its side and the driver trapped, conscious and suffering from injuries to the head and limbs.
""During the firefighters' rescue operations, we provided him with medical treatment, and after he was rescued, we evacuated him in an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital in moderate condition.".

Rescue vehicles called to the scene report that, by the grace of God, there were no injuries either in the vehicles, some of which were carrying children, or on the street, which was very busy at that time.
Paramedic Avi Raymanod, who arrived at the scene, said: "I live in a nearby building and heard a loud noise of a tree falling. As I went downstairs, I reported to the MDA call center, which sent additional forces. The tree was on several vehicles, we were told that one of the vehicles was damaged while traveling. We performed medical examinations on the vehicle's passengers and the incident miraculously ended without casualties.".
Forecaster Lior Sudri announced that gusts of 95 km/h were recorded at noon at the wind measuring station in Bnei Brak.
Also on Mordechai Anielewicz Street' In Rishon LeZion A tree fell on a parked car. Rescue forces called to the scene provided medical treatment and evacuated a 40-year-old man to Shamir-Assaf Hospital in moderate condition, with injuries to the head and limbs.
Senior MDA medic, Yossi Nabul, said that the injured man was conscious and said that the tree had fallen on his vehicle while he was sitting in it. With the help of civilians, he was pulled from the vehicle and evacuated in stable condition.
A tree also fell on Mitzpe Yam Street In Herzliya. No casualties were reported in the incident.
United Hatzalah volunteers were called to Derech HaHoresh Street in Jerusalem due to a report of a tree that had fallen onto the road. Miraculously, no injuries were reported.

Highway 90 was closed to vehicle traffic from the Dargat intersection to the Dead Sea hotels due to flooding and serious concerns for the safety of road users. Highway 234 was also closed to traffic due to flooding.
