Tragedy in Uman: 31-year-old Ger Tzedek dies at a local hospital after complications from his medical condition

Shalom Bashorian, Ger Tzedek, a resident of the city of Uman, 31 years old, passed away tonight (Friday night) at a medical center in the city of Cherkessk, Ukraine, after a medical complication.

A United Hatzalah ambulance team evacuated the young man to the hospital, after his medical condition deteriorated during his stay near the Zion of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov.

Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the hospital during the night.

United Hatzala activists in Uman, led by Naftali Rabinowitz and Nachman Steinberg, and the managers of the United Hatzala branch in Uman, Mathes Shapira and Aharon Ben Harosh, are working with the local authorities to release his body for burial in the cemetery in Uman.

The deceased left behind an 11-year-old child who lives in Israel with his mother.
