Rescue forces were called this morning (Sunday) to the home of former military prosecutor Yifat Tomer Yerushalmi, in Ramat Hasharon, by her family members.

Rescue teams that arrived at the scene provided her with medical treatment while she was conscious, and then evacuated her to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv. MDA noted that there is no official confirmation that she swallowed sleeping pills.

There is no danger to her life.

Ichilov Hospital said: "The former Chief Military Prosecutor was evacuated this morning to the emergency department at Ichilov. The medical teams are currently assessing her condition.".

Last Friday, the court released the former MP for ten days of house arrest. The judges allowed her to leave her home, subject to prior notice, to meet with lawyers, on the bail of her brother.

As part of the conditions of his release, Tomer-Yerushalmi was prohibited from contacting the others involved in the case for 55 days.

A week ago, the former MP disappeared after her car was found parked in the Cliff Beach area of Tel Aviv. After a frantic search, during which a letter was found, she was found alive.
