Upon completion of the preparation of the draft conscription law: Degel Hatorah MKs - Moshe Gafni, Uri Maklev, Yaakov Asher and former MK Yitzhak Pindros arrived this evening (Tuesday) at the residence of Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Moshe Hillel Hirsch at 17 Rabbi Sher Street in Bnei Brak - to discuss the draft law that is being formulated and to receive his decision on whether to continue promoting the 'Bismuth Outline'.

The question was placed on the yeshiva head's desk: Should he support the wording of the law or go to the polls and decide the fate of the coalition?

The meeting lasted about an hour and forty minutes, during which the yeshiva head and the MKs reviewed over 40 pages with sections of the draft law.

The Rosh Yeshiva inquired and questioned the MKs about the various meanings and implications of each section, and at the end of the meeting, when the MKs asked: "But what should I say to Netanyahu?" - Rabbi Hirsch replied: "I have heard all the sections of the law and I will give an answer later...""

If the Haredi representatives receive the 'green light' to move forward, discussions to advance the law will begin as quickly as possible.

The meeting took place after talks were held yesterday between Boaz Bismuth and the Grand Chamberlain Hirsch to receive answers about the law being formulated - and as a result, the MKs' meeting was scheduled for this evening.
