United States President Donald Trump called on the Hamas terrorist organization this evening (Saturday night) to immediately return the bodies of the deceased hostages.

In a post he published on his social network 'Truth Social', Trump threatened: "They will have to start quickly returning the bodies of the deceased hostages, including two Americans, or other countries involved in this great peace will act.".

""Some of the bodies are less accessible, but others can be returned right now, and for some reason they're not doing it.".

He added: "Maybe it has to do with their disarmament, but when I said both sides would be treated fairly I meant that it would only happen if they met their commitments. Let's see what they do in the next 48 hours - I'm watching closely.".

President Trump held an impromptu summit with the Emir of Qatar this evening aboard Air Force One, during a refueling stop in Doha - on his way from the United States for a five-day state visit to East Asia.

The president told reporters that the International Stabilization Force would enter Gaza soon: "They will enter when needed. By the way, Israel will enter easily. It is there too. There is a country there. There are Arab countries - from Arab Muslims, Israel, everyone is committed to it. This is a great success. This will be a sustainable peace, hopefully lasting forever.".

Emir Al-Thani told Trump: "As soon as I heard you were coming to refuel, I said I wouldn't let you take off without saying hello.".

The meeting was also attended by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who arrived in Qatar after visiting Israel.

Trump promised in his remarks that the ceasefire agreement in Gaza would hold: "You have a safe Middle East now, and we will keep it that way for a long, very long time.".

Trump described the Emir of Qatar as "one of the greatest rulers in the world," and he also praised the Qatari prime minister: "He's a friend of mine, a friend of the world. We've done a lot together, especially in the last year, what we've done is amazing - peace in the Middle East. And they were a major factor in that.".

Trump summed up the meeting with Qatari leaders as "a great meeting," and when asked what led to the deal, he said: "Because everyone agreed. I think a big difference was made in attacking Iran's nuclear facilities." He said the ceasefire would hold: "If it doesn't, Hamas will have a very big problem.".
