The family of Bipin Joshi, the Nepalese who was taken prisoner by Hamas on October 7, is revealing this evening (Wednesday) a video that was collected as IDF loot and brought to their attention by intelligence officials. The video, estimated to have been filmed in November 2023, documents Bipin being captured by Hamas.

His family said, "On the second anniversary of the terrible massacre that plunged thousands of families into mourning and stopped time for our family and for all the families of the kidnapped, we chose to share the sign of life of our beloved son, Bipin.

""He was brutally kidnapped from Kibbutz Alumim, while ten of his friends were murdered that day. Young, beautiful, innocent students. For two years it was hard to ever imagine Bipin as kidnapped in the depths of the tunnels. Not anymore. The sign of life found in Gaza, which we share with you today, is for us an anchor of firm faith that he is alive.".

""For many months, the video was kept under a veil of censorship, and only recently did we receive permission to use it. It is not easy for us to release it to the world, but we are in critical and historic days. Days that will decide whether the living abductees will return to the bosom of their families and the fallen for a proper burial, or whether we will continue to wallow in pain and not be able to close the circle.".
