The commander of the Central Command, Major General Avi Balut, signed an order to confiscate and demolish the home of terrorist Thabet Muhammad Masalma.

Yesterday, a confiscation and demolition order was delivered to the apartment where the terrorist lived, who, together with other terrorists, carried out a shooting attack at Al-Khader Junction on December 11, 2024.

In the attack, 12-year-old Yehoshua Aharon Tuvia Simcha was murdered, and three other civilians were injured.

The terrorist's family has the option of filing a petition against the order.

The house of terrorist Ezz al-Din Malouh, who was also involved in the attack, was demolished on June 17, 2025.

Last February, the Military Prosecution filed serious indictments against terrorists Ezz al-Din Malouh and his three accomplices for carrying out the deadly shooting attack.

The indictment indicates that during December 2024, the four planned to carry out a shooting attack with the aim of causing the deaths of Jews.

On December 11, 2024, according to the plan, Ezz al-Din arrived at the Al-Khader intersection. There, he spotted an Israeli bus traveling from the ultra-Orthodox city of Beitar Illit to Jerusalem - and opened fire on it. As a result of the shooting, Yehoshua Aharon Tuvia Simcha was pronounced dead, and additional passengers were injured.
