""The customers at the bank" are undercover fighters from the 33rd Gideonim Unit who closed an account with a wanted terrorist, an armed Tanzim operative who carried out a shooting attack in the southern Hebron Hills and was arrested in Hebron - the operative entered the bank and left handcuffed.
A special operation in the heart of Hebron: Fighters from the Gideonim unit of Lahav 433, in cooperation with the IDF's Yehuda Brigade and with Shin Bet intelligence guidance, arrested a Fatah-Tanzim terrorist who had previously carried out a shooting attack in the southern Hebron Hills - and had been wanted for several years.
The suspect, who was suspected of being armed and dangerous, was located after a lengthy surveillance.
The unit's fighters acted decisively, and with the help of special means, arrested him inside a bank branch in the city, before he could escape or harm the security forces.
The detainee was transferred for questioning by the Shin Bet, to investigate his involvement in the attack he carried out and the suspicion that he planned additional actions against Israeli citizens.
