360 students opened 'Zman Elul' at Yeshiva Brit Yaakov in Jerusalem - considered the flagship yeshiva in the Sephardic Torah world, under the presidency of the rabbi Michal Toledano and led by the yeshiva heads, the rabbi and his brother, the rabbi Toledano.
