The family of kidnapped Rom Breslavsky has authorized the publication of part of the video distributed over the weekend by Islamic Jihad.

Moving forward to the first light rail network in Israel: What awaits us on the Green Line?

The video shows Rom sobbing, crying for help, and looking very emaciated.

The Haredi 10 website refrained from sharing the cruel video.

In the clips that were allowed to be published by the family, Breslavsky is seen in a state of malnutrition and says: "I ate three falafel kernels a day." He also said that "I can't go to the bathroom.".

Breslavsky said at the beginning of the video: "My name is Rom Breslavsky. I am 22 years old from Jerusalem, a prisoner of Saraya al-Quds (the military wing of Islamic Jihad). I have been here in Gaza for two years.".

He goes on to say: "I'm suffering here, and it doesn't look good. In my foot. I can't stand up and go to the bathroom. I can't. I'm running out of food and drink. If before they would have given me a little, a little, today there's nothing.".

The abductee continued to describe: "Three falafel kernels, that's what I ate today. Three falafel kernels. Yesterday I ate maybe, barely a plate of rice. I can't breathe. I can't live.".

At this point, the hostage said: "You have to stop what you're doing here. What's wrong with you? What's wrong with you? Why are you doing this to us? Bring in food. I live on less than a liter of water. I'm lying on the bed, on the mattress 24 hours a day. I'm on the verge of death.

""And I'm sure that, like me, all the other prisoners are in the same mental and physical state. I'm sure of that. Please stop this hell we're in. Please stop this suffering we're in. Just give us food. If not for the Gaza Strip, then for the hostages. Please bring us food and drink.".

Rom's mother, Tami Breslavsky, responded: "I tried to suppress reality, but when I watched the video, reality hit me. When you hear him say the things out loud, it becomes true despite the difficulty of believing. The nightmare that I was only afraid to imagine is real. The fear in which we live has become more tangible than ever and it is important for the whole world to see despite my personal difficulty in publicly presenting my Rom in the difficult situation he is in.".

""I've never seen my son like this. Rom doesn't shout or get angry, he speaks quietly, in a weak voice like a man who has accepted the fact that there is nothing left to fight for and that he may not get out of there alive. They say that when words run out, tears speak. Rom, my life, I cry with you.".

""In the previous video, I saw Rom say difficult things, but I still saw a spark of hope and faith in his eyes. Faith and trust that he placed in God, blessed be He, in me, in the leadership, in the people who would bring him home. In this video, his eyes are turned off, he is helpless and so am I. My Rom, I look into your eyes and see the disappointment, your heartbreak. I listen to your voice and hear the pain. I don't know what will happen, but I will do and will do everything to get you out of there and I won't stop until you return home.".
