About 70 days before the great trip of the Breslov Hasidim to Uman, to participate in the 'kibbutz' during Rosh Hashanah 5785, the three great elders influential in Breslov Hasidism - Rabbi Yaakov Meir Schechter, Rabbi Moshe Kramer and Rabbi Natan Libermansh - gathered together to work towards the existence of the 'kibbutz' of the Breslov Hasidim in Uman.

These are the three greatest rabbis in Breslov, who have led Breslov Hasidism for over a century. It should be noted that Rabbi Kramer participated in the gathering with dedication despite his recent great weakness and despite the fact that he has hardly left his home in months.

During the gathering, the rabbis, along with their loyal representative - the chairman of Ichud Breslov, Rabbi Nathan Ben Nun, discussed preparations for the kibbutz in Uman. Rabbi Nathan Ben Nun presented to them the progress of preparations for Rosh Hashanah, which began at the beginning of the year, immediately after the holiday period, and the great efforts being made before and behind the scenes.

In addition, the meeting raised the enormous difficulties and challenges facing the existence of the kibbutz in Uman, as well as the organization for the mass road travel, which, as is known, following the ongoing war in Ukraine, is making its way from Eastern European countries that share a common land border with Ukraine, and coordination is required with the relevant countries to ease the burden on the borders as much as possible.

Efforts were also made to prevent the holy kibbutz from being taken over by foreign elements. The rabbis emphasized that they intended that everything be conducted under the supervision and management of those appointed for this purpose.

After lengthy consultation and a review of all possible courses of action, the rabbis sought to awaken all Breslov Hasidim to prayer and to declare in all Breslov Hasidim centers a global day of prayer and daily prayer every day until Rosh Hashanah, recalling what Rabbi Nachman said: "With us, we do at the beginning what the world does at the end. In the world, when we are in need of salvation, we turn to anyone and everyone who can help and add a silent prayer for the success of our efforts. When we see that there is no salvation in sight - then we throw ourselves into prayer, but with us we turn to God, ask and beg, and add some kind of intercession."

The rabbis added and brought up old memories and stories about the trips of the Breslov Hasidim to Uman over a century ago and talked about the greatness of Rabbi Nachman's kibbutz on Rosh Hashanah and the great repairs that Rabbi Nachman makes only during the Rosh Hashanah kibbutz in Uman.

At the end of the conference, after delving into and taking an interest in all the details surrounding the preparations for Rosh Hashanah, the great elders of Breslov Hasidism wrote a joint call addressed to all Breslov Hasidic Jews.

In the letters, the rabbis ask the Breslov Hasidic community to pray daily for the success of the kibbutz, and to provide any necessary assistance to the "Breslov Union" who are committed to the cause of Zion and the organization of the holy kibbutz.
