Only 177 from July: The Chabadnik responsible for recruiting Haredim to the IDF revealed the numbers

ראש תחום חרדים בכוח האדם בצה"ל, סא"ל אביגדור דיקשטיין, הציג היום (חמישי), בדיון שנערך בוועדת החוץ והביטחון של הכנסת, את הנתונים המביכים של גיוס חרדים. דיקשטיין, חסיד חב"ד, חשף כי מבין 10,000 הצווים שנשלחו לחרדים בין חודש יולי 2024 לחודש מרץ 2025 - רק 177 התגייסו בפועל. הוא הוסיף, כי הוצאו 1066 פקודות מעצר, נשלחו 2,231 'צווי 12' למי שלא התייצבו, שלאחר כחודש הופך לצו מעצר. בנוסף הוכרזו 265 משתמטים. יש לציין כי עד חודש יולי הקרוב, צה"ל צפוי לשגר 14,000 צווי גיוס נוספים לחרדים.

Legal Advisor to the Prime Minister, Gali Baharav Mayara, made it clear yesterday to Defense Minister Yisrael Katz that the presented recruitment targets are not being met. She called on the government to act "urgently" to enforce recruitment obligations against draft evaders.
