Dramatic recording: The rabbi, Rabbi Moshe Maya, elder of the Council of Torah Sages of Sha'ban, expresses a position against interference in the elections for the position of chief rabbis.

The game that's making the summer crazy: Will you be able to answer the riddles correctly and quickly?

According to a report by Yaki Adamker, the Shas party planned to publish a letter of firm support for the candidacy of the rabbi David Yosef, son of Maran Har"a Yosef zt"l and brother of Har"i Yosef, but there are difficulties along the way. Har"a Maya is heard in the recording saying: "In principle, I am opposed to the Council of Sages interfering in the elections. I sit on the sidelines and do not interfere. Why? Because they never interfered. I have been on the council for over twenty years, and I have never seen the council interfere. "Rabbi Ovadia personally was interested in everything, but as a council they never interfered. Neither Chacham Shalom interfered, nor Chacham Shimon Adani interfered, nor Chacham Shabtai Aton." Shas sources claimed today that after members of the council signed a letter of support, Shas is expected to officially announce the rabbi Yosef as a candidate for the position of Rishon LeZion.
