A 28-year-old man was seriously injured this morning (Sunday) in the village of Zeitim, as a result of the heavy barrage towards the Lower Galilee.
Rescue forces called to the scene provided him with first aid and evacuated him to the North Poriya Medical Center.
The hospital reported: Following the latest barrage, a 28-year-old man, a resident of Tiberias, arrived at the trauma room of the North Medical Center (Poriya) suffering from shrapnel injuries. His condition is currently described as serious.

MDA paramedic David Fahima and senior MDA medic Aviad Amar said: "We were with the injured man who was fully conscious and suffering from shrapnel wounds to his body. We provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him in an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital in serious but stable condition.".
Hezbollah's firing has expanded to areas where alarms have not been heard since October, when explosions were reported in the city of Tiberias.
Among the localities where alarms were sounded: Kfar Nahar Jordan, Massad, Tefahot, Hararit Yahad, Buaina-Nujidat, Mitzpe Netufa, Araba, Avtalyon, Tur'an, Beit Rimon, Kedmat Galil Industrial Zone, Peki'in, Beit Jan, Kfar Zeitim, Ma'ale Tzvia and more.
As a result of the barrage, several fires broke out in open areas around the city of Tiberias. Firefighters are working at the sites of the fires that broke out in Kedmat Galil, Kfar Zeitim, Lavie and Zoraim.
Police and police saboteurs from the Northern District isolated the crash sites and searched for additional remains, in order to remove any further risk to the public.
