Almond flour, egg whites, sugar and a pinch of salt: everything you need to celebrate Passover with this sweet • Chef Elimelech Levin presents a recipe for this golden-golden

Ingredients:

3 cups almond flour/finely ground almonds
2 egg whites L
4 tablespoons sugar
A pinch of salt

Preparation instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  • In a mixer, beat egg whites with sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add almond flour and salt and mix until it forms a doughy, sticky texture. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Line an oven tray with baking paper.
  • Form small balls from the cookie dough and place in the pan, keeping spaces between each cookie.
  • Bake in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes. The cookies are ready when they are evenly golden.
  • Leave to cool on the counter for about 20 minutes and transfer to an airtight container.
