The police published this afternoon (Sunday) documentation of the journey taken by the terrorist who carried out the stabbing attack at the central bus station in Beer Sheva this morning, around 8:30 AM - from the moment he left his home in Rahat until he carried out his plot and was killed by a soldier.

In the footage from security cameras in the city of Rahat and Be'er Sheva, the terrorist is seen leaving his home in Rahat.

The investigation into the attack shows that he boarded a bus heading towards Beersheba without his personal cell phone.

Later, the terrorist got off the bus near the central bus station in Be'er Sheva and began walking towards the central bus station, walking around the area for several minutes, looking for a victim.

The footage shows the terrorist standing near a bus from which a soldier was getting off, then starting to stab the soldier, who, together with another soldier, opened fire and killed him.

After the stabbing attack, within a few minutes, numerous forces from the Southern District of the Israel Police arrived under the command of the district commander - Superintendent Amir Cohen.

Police forces collected evidence at the scene and, at the same time, under the direction of the district commander, began activities in the city of Rahat at the terrorist's home, which led to the arrest of five members of his family for questioning as part of the investigation that was opened.

The investigation is being conducted by the central unit of the Negev region, together with the General Security Service.
