Moroccan dessert recipe for Purim - Jaban: decorated egg custard

Ingredients:
6 eggs (white protein) 1 cup sugar a little lemon juice almonds, cranberries (any type of dried fruit) and candies
How to prepare:
• Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites. • Until you get a stable foam and gradually add the sugar. • Finally, add a little lemon juice so that the foam actually stabilizes. • Transfer to a beautiful serving bowl and decorate with almonds, dried fruit or candies. • Serve with spoons
