Components:
Salmon pieces for the number of diners. Olive oil spray. 4 baby potatoes per piece of salmon. 1/2 zucchini per piece of salmon. 2 half lemon slices per piece of salmon. 2 peeled garlic cloves per piece of salmon Salt and pepper
How to prepare:
• Preheat oven to 180 degrees. • Use half a sheet of parchment paper for each piece of salmon. Crease half the paper and make a well. Place all the wells in a baking pan. • Spray the inside of the well with a little olive oil. • Place slices of half a zucchini, 4 washed baby potatoes, two peeled garlic cloves, and thyme leaves on each greased piece of paper. • Season with salt and pepper and spray with a little more olive oil. • Place a fresh, washed salmon piece in the center of the vegetables in each piece of paper. • Slightly close the edges of the paper to the center of the well. • Cover the pan with the wells filled with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 15-17 minutes. After 5 minutes of baking, remove the aluminum foil and continue baking without it. • Place each dish in the center of an individual plate and serve to the diners.
