Suffering from seven fractures: Singer 'Yoni Z' Ziegelbaum injured in Vespa accident in Rome

Singer and songwriter Yoni Z (Ziegelbaum), a resident of the Crown Heights neighborhood who was on tour in Italy, was injured in a car accident while riding a scooter in Rome. "He is in stable condition but suffers from seven fractures in his body," his brother said. He was hospitalized at a local medical center, where he is receiving medical treatment until he recovers. In a post he published, he wrote: "We thank God that Yoni is alive and recovering after a serious motorcycle and sofa accident, during what was supposed to be a 24-hour visit to Rome, before continuing on to Israel." His brother asked: "Please remember him (Yonatan ben Sigalit) in your prayers so that he can return home for Shavuot.".
