Lieberman filed the complaint following two publications by Yitzhak on the 'First Class' website.
The first publication is about a suspicion that a senior police officer has leaked sensitive information from investigations to Lieberman in recent years.
The second publication is a claim that Lieberman, as Minister of Defense, worked to free up a firing range for the entrepreneur Moshe Yeshayahu for the purpose of establishing the settlement of Neve Tamarim, after Lieberman's sons met with Yeshayahu.
According to a report in Israel Hayom, Lieberman testified this morning: "Regarding the fact that as defense minister I removed opposition to the establishment of a settlement: empty words that have no basis. The approval was given back in 2001, when the children were 11 and 13 years old. It's all a fabrication.".
""Also regarding another article that a senior officer leaked information to me. Why is her name kept in the system? Let them tell the court who she is. That's also a plot.".
Lieberman added: "In both cases, this was published at a sensitive time ahead of a third election and without asking for a response. It was intended to maliciously harm me.".
