
Ingredients:
6 Grand Smith apples
Bottle of dry red wine
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup of natural nut and almond mix
How to prepare:
1. Core the apples.
2. Cook the apples in red wine, cinnamon and sugar until slightly softened. Remove the apples and cool slightly.
3. Fill the apples with the nut mixture and a little honey, and bake in the oven with the wine sauce in which they were cooked for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and drizzle with pure honey.
