All because of a real estate deal: In recent days, a bitter struggle has been underway between the institutions of the 'Viznitz Hasidim Center' and the 'Ezra and Achva' chain, located in a complex next to Hasidic institutions on Shlomo HaMelech Street in Bnei Brak. It all started when the leaders of the 'Viznitz Hasidim Center' purchased land near the Hasidic Beit Midrash, in order to establish institutions for the community in the vacated areas. The flagship store of the 'Ezra and Achva' chain, located nearby, was purchased by Yitzhak Danielchik, a Gur Hasidic one of the chain's owners, while at the same time some of the chain's merchandise is stored in warehouses on the land on which they are located - which is disputed. The 'Viznitz Hasidim Center' claims that they purchased the warehouse space, and have conducted hearings against the chain in the court of law and in court with the aim of evacuating the merchandise from the area, which they claim is their property - peacefully. According to the Hasidic leaders, the land belongs above all else to the institutions, and that the owners of the Ezra and Achva chain must vacate the warehouses from the place that has served as the chain's warehouse for about 25 years. However, the chain's owners refused. According to him, the businessmen who sold the land to the Merkaz Viznitz institutions presented them with a false representation, according to which the area where the warehouse is located is also part of the real estate deal - which never existed and was not created, he claims. Following the chain's refusal, Hasidic police arrived at the end of last week and evacuated all the goods from the warehouses, while taking control of the disputed area. On Friday, following an application by the Lahav-Lavi law firm representing the chain, the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, acting ex parte, ordered the situation to be restored immediately and the goods to be returned to the warehouses. רשת עזרה ואחווה Thus, under the protection of security guards, dozens of workers worked to return the goods and retake control of the areas that were taken from the chain over the weekend. The Ezra and Ahwa chain informed Haredim10 that the chain's employees were attacked with severe violence by dozens of ladies from the Bedouin diaspora, who were invited to the location, they claim, by the businessmen who are at the center of the real estate deal with the Viznitz Center Hasidic community. According to the Haredi chain, those businessmen deceived the Hasidic leaders into thinking that they could sell the chain's warehouse space, which they never owned. The chain further claims that "dozens of security men from the Bedouin diaspora arrived at the warehouse area and violently cleared and threw the goods into the street like trash, causing millions in damage." According to them, "the Haredi chain's employees who were called to protect the goods were beaten with severe violence, in an event that was recorded by several security cameras.". רשת עזרה ואחווה The network claims and says that "later this week, the workers intend to hire the services of lawyers and sue the beaters who violently broke into the warehouse and beat them." Despite the court's decision to return the goods to the warehouse, the 'Ezra and Brotherhood' network clarifies that this is not the end of the story and that preparations are already being made by appraisers and relevant legal advisors to file appropriate lawsuits for the enormous damage to the goods that were thrown outside.
