There is another element of great importance in maintaining health, but most of us tend to ignore it: the mind - its vulnerability, and its widespread influence on our health.

Maintaining health includes many aspects related to the physical body, such as: quality nutrition, quality edible plants, avoiding a diet containing harmful substances, consuming organic and clean products as much as possible. Maintaining clean environmental factors such as toiletries free of harmful substances, cosmetics free of harmful substances, and environmentally friendly cleaning agents.

There is another element of great importance in maintaining health, but most of us tend to ignore it: the mind, its vulnerability, and its widespread influence on our health and its maintenance.

Factors such as the noisy environment in which we live, stress resulting from relationships, pressures from a young age that exist within educational and learning systems that are geared towards achievement, which have no place for the developing person within the young child. Working under pressure and emotional stress that leaves the person who has been raised to achieve since childhood facing increasing pressures that cause the collapse of the body's systems.

Pressures and tensions also reach the third age, where we find people who grew up and were raised in a society where the emotional space is not available. People who are in the third age period and need a supportive environment are left alone in a closed emotional cage.

Many of the "new" diseases are very quickly connected to psychiatric medications, since they do not only have the physical element, but also many emotional components that surround the person. The connection between body and mind is an important element that must be given great attention. Body-mind connections are the tool that connects a person to their relative health even in difficult disease states. Many diseases from the autoimmune disease family, various types of cancer, digestive system diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's, colitis, pain diseases, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and many other diseases are connected to the body through the person's condition in terms of body-mind.

Western medicine provides many answers that form the basis for the treatment of these diseases. Medicine that integrates body and mind adds the layer of support where the body meets the mind.

With the help of processes such as the journey, in which forgiveness is like a healing bandage on the wounds of the heart, releasing and detaching from old patterns in which a person manages their life and builds a more positive system of self-image and positive emotions. Chinese medicine with therapeutic formulas that support the healing processes of the soul within the body. High-quality nutritional supplements that improve natural oxidation and thus assist in positive healing processes. Movement and physical activity that allow the breakdown of toxicity created in the body and mind, and all this according to the person's physical condition and abilities. Physical activity and controlled movement are also positive in places of severe physical withdrawal due to illness or age. Movement should be adapted to the person and their abilities and is an important tool for strengthening the connection between body and mind.

The connection between all these components creates a sequence of positive emotions and sensations, which enable the maintenance of health and improvement of quality of life in daily functioning. In my clinic, I combine Chinese medicine, nutrition, herbs, nutritional supplements and mind-body treatments, including the Journey Method.
