For the rainy days: Cafe Greg offers a warming and delightful chocolate drink - one black, the other white • Nadav Marom, Cafe Greg chef, on the ingredients and preparation method

 Hot chocolate drink:

240 grams of high-quality dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

250 cc sweet cream

1/2 cup milk

Preparation method:

• Bring the sweet cream and milk to a boil.

• Reduce the heat to a low flame.

• Add the chocolate

• Mix until smooth.

• Can be decorated with folded chocolate/chocolate hearts

Hot white chocolate drink:

320 grams white chocolate

Vanilla stick

250 cc sweet cream

1/2 cup milk

Preparation method:

• Bring the sweet cream and milk to a boil.

• Reduce the heat to a low flame.

• Add the chocolate and the grains inside the vanilla pod.

• Mix until you get a smooth cream.

• Can be decorated with white folded chocolate/white chocolate hearts
