Last week, the IDF and Shin Bet carried out a combined attack in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, in which Taqr Abu Karim, a senior terrorist who served as commander of Hamas' Nuhba cell, was eliminated.
Abu Karim was among the key figures who led the terrorists' raid on the Kibbutz Kissufim area during the murderous terrorist attack.
Throughout the months of fighting, Abu Karim was actively engaged in promoting, planning, and executing terrorist plots and attacks against IDF forces conducting operational activity within the Gaza Strip.
The IDF says that the terrorist violated the ceasefire agreement, kept a large quantity of weapons in his private home, engaged in various attempts to restore the capabilities of the terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip, and regularly conducted terrorist training with the aim of promoting and carrying out additional attacks and terrorist plots. .
Alongside Thaqar Abu Karim, another Hamas terrorist was eliminated, who served as a liaison operative for the organization.
