Meanwhile, the names of the winners of the 'interim lottery' for valuable prizes, which was held under the supervision of CPA Menachem Ackerman, were announced.

This raffle was a special bonus raffle held among the valued partners who registered for the Torah scroll raffle.

The Binyamin family from Jerusalem won a prize worth 100,000 shekels. A 4-week Sabbath - the Naaman family from Rosh Tzurim, a dreamy vacuum cleaner - the Leibowitz family from Jerusalem, a vehicle for the summer vacation period - the Abutbul family from Mioz, and home furniture worth 10,000 shekels - the Turgeman family from Ariel.

As previously announced, this raffle was made possible thanks to financial support for the holy activity of ransoming captives transferred by the friends of Yad Laachim in Canada, with the goal of bringing as many as possible to be partners in this important activity to save lives.

Yad L'Achim stated that it is not about winning in letters or pages, but inComplete Torah scroll.

The lottery also provides a golden opportunity to fulfill the mitzvah imposed on every Jew: to write a Torah scroll for themselves.

As in previous years, the winner of the lottery will also receive funding for the Torah scroll presentation procession, as well as advertising in street ads and newspapers announcing the presentation of the Torah scroll.

It should be noted that those who register for the lottery immediately and without a lottery win unique gifts, which will arrive at their home by a special courier before the holiday begins.

It is not for nothing that the date of the lottery was chosen to take place today. "To win a Torah scroll precisely on the eve of Shavuot, when the Jewish people celebrate the reception of the Torah, will give the lucky winners an additional meaning of 'receiving the Torah,'" Yad L'Ahim conclude.

The lottery center reported that the hotline will be reinforced with additional telephones to cope with the enormous load of registrants. You can join the lottery today until 8:00 PM only.
