At 2:09 PM, a report was received at Hotline 102 about a fire that resulted in a lot of smoke entering the Talmud Torah in Beit Shemesh.
Six teams from the Beit Shemesh area were dispatched to the scene. At the same time, the control center instructed the pedagogical team to safely evacuate the students to a sterile area.
Firefighting operations began at the scene by the crews and efforts were made to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby buildings. At this stage, no injuries were reported in the incident.
