The Jerusalem real estate market reached a significant milestone this week with the official approval of the intriguing residential project in the heart of the Moshava neighborhood - one of the most sought-after and exclusive areas in Israel.
The Jerusalem Local Planning and Building Committee has approved the issuance of a building permit for the Capital Gold company's renewal project, which is expected to redefine the standard of living in the area.
The project, located on the legendary Yehoshua Ben Nun Street, is planned as a closed and luxurious residential complex under the concept of a "magical mansion." The complex will include 131 residential units, ranging from premium apartments to spacious penthouses, with the main emphasis placed on a green lung and rich environmental development in the heart of the dense urban fabric.
Avraham Gottesman, one of the owners of Capital Gold, commented on the long-awaited approval: "The project on Yehoshua Ben Nun Street is a rare real estate gem. Our goal was to create perfect harmony between the history and charm of the colony and uncompromising modernity. We are not just building buildings, we are building a community of the highest quality standard, which gives its residents a green breathing space in the heart of Jerusalem. This is a central pillar of our vision to lead the residential sector in the capital.".
Approving the plan is considered one of the most complex for the committee, due to the need to balance a significant addition of housing units with the preservation of ancient trees, advanced underground parking solutions, and maintaining the unique character of the neighborhood.
Elazar Elyakim, one of the owners of Capital Gold, added: "Receiving the permit for such a complex complex is a testament to the professionalism and meticulous planning of our teams. In conjunction with the professional elements in the municipality, we were able to create a holistic solution that also includes protecting and strengthening infrastructure, a need that has become especially critical at the present time. With approximately 50 projects that we are currently promoting in Jerusalem, Capital Gold continues to provide protected and safe housing solutions without compromising on a first-class level of finish and luxury.".
The project received support from senior municipal officials, local committee chairman Eliezer Rauchberger, city engineer Yoel Even, and the licensing teams, who worked to promote the venture as part of the municipal policy to encourage responsible urban renewal.
Upon receiving the approval, there is a peak of interest among the target audience - home improvement developers from the city and beyond, alongside strategic investors, who recognize the unique potential of a boutique complex spanning 5 dunams in one of the most desirable locations in Jerusalem.
