Not touching the 'right camp'? The police requested permission from Attorney General Gali Baharav from Yara to question MK Naama Lazimi of the Labor Party with a warning.

According to a report this evening (Tuesday) by Avishai Greenzig, legal commentator for the i24 channel, the Attorney General rejected the request.

According to the report, the police requested to question Lazimi on suspicion of interfering with a police officer while performing his duty.

Last September, crowds participated in a demonstration in Jerusalem calling for the release of the hostages. During the protest, a confrontation broke out between the commander of the city's Moria police station, Yuval Reuven, and MK Naama Lazimi, with the former scolding her: "You're nothing.".

His comments came after an incident in which she was pushed by police officers at the scene.
