The two additional suspects who were questioned last Friday on suspicion of obstruction of justice, along with MK Hanoch Milbitsky, are Attorney Zvi Gelman and Dr. Eli Vinokur, a senior at Gordon Academic College, a doctor of education and a senior at Gordon Academic College, who currently serves as vice president of the academic institution.

Fast track or regular track: will you decide how to receive your money?

Attorney Gelman represented the Bnei Baruch - Kabbalah for the People movement in defamation lawsuits, and also served as defense attorney in a case in which suspicion was examined that MK Milbitsky instructed the witness to give false testimony in court.

Dr. Vinokur, an educator at the organization and an academic in the field, is suspected of urging the complainant to submit false testimony. Milvitsky denied the allegations completely.

According to the suspicion, the two worked together with Milvitsky in 2018 and 2019 to influence the testimony of a woman who claimed that the rabbi of the Bnei Baruch - Kabbalah for the People organization, Michael Laitman, attacked her.

The police suspect that they pressured her to lie in her testimony against the rabbi, to say that she and another woman were not harmed by him, and even instructed her on how to do so.

The investigation of MK Hanoch Malevitsky continues to cause a stir in the political system: The Likud party, of which Malevitsky is a member, responded yesterday to the legal advice's decision to approve the investigation, stating that "the Attorney General's unrestrained campaign of persecution against the Israeli government and its representatives is a danger to the security of the state."
