Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the claims about "hunger in Gaza" this evening (Sunday), during an event held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Jerusalem, saying that "they are the opposite of the truth."

Fast track or regular track: will you decide how to receive your money?

"There is no hunger in Gaza," Netanyahu declared. "We are allowing humanitarian aid to enter Gaza throughout the war. Otherwise, there would be no Gazans at all."

According to a report by Ariel Kahane in Israel Hayom, the Prime Minister added: "What is preventing the delivery of humanitarian aid is one force: Hamas. Again, a reversal of the truth. Hamas steals humanitarian aid, then accuses Israel of not providing it."

"We allowed the amount required by international law to enter. There are hundreds and hundreds of trucks loaded with tons... So far we have provided 1.9 million tons of food since the beginning of the war. Almost two million tons. And now there are hundreds of trucks waiting on the Gaza side of the Kerem Shalom crossing."

The event in which Netanyahu participated was filmed for the primetime program on the world's largest Christian channel Daystar and on the Fox Digital network, and will be broadcast to hundreds of millions of viewers around the world.
